Legendary Cash Money rapper Juvenile was arrested this weekend for a massive child support debt.
The New Orleans emcee was arrested in his hometown on Saturday and authorities says he owes his baby mama Dionne Williams $150,000 in back child support for his teenage son. A judge told him that he will be locked away in jail for 30 days unless he forks over the dough, TMZ reported. It’s still unclear if the 42-year-old rapper will be able to come up with the cash or serve the 30-day jail sentence.
Juvenile, real name Terius Gray, rose to fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s as a member of The Hot Boys. Since then he has not been very active on the rap scene. In 2015, he released his Mardi Gras 2 mixtape and last year he was rumored to be working on a new project with Lil Wayne and former Cash Money producer Mannie Fresh.
